FAQs
Q. HOW DO I SUBMIT ORDERS FOR TRANSPORT?
A. We have an excellent online ordering platform! We will provide you with credentials to login to our Customer Web Portal, and orders may be placed with us quickly and efficiently. The system also builds a custom address book for you as you enter orders, which means that locations are saved with any and all information that you populate and can be selected again quickly and easily by name. Most orders take less than 30 seconds to submit, and orders entered by any of your team members may all be tracked and viewed in one central location.
Q. WHAT ARE YOUR ORDERING DEADLINES?
A. You can place orders as far in advance as you would like. The deadline is 1pm the day prior to delivery, but if you ever have an order come in after that, just reach out to us before submitting through the portal and we may be able to make it work. We just ask that your orders are scheduled by 1pm the day prior to delivery so that we can send out the driver info between 1-2pm.
Q. WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE DRIVER INFORMATION?
A. You will receive all driver info by email between 1-2pm the day prior to delivery.
Q. HOW DOES PICKUP FROM MY FACILITY WORK?
A. Each driver will come to pickup orders in the morning of the day it is to be delivered. If you can be ready by 7am that would be fantastic, but we normally ask that all orders are ready by 8am.
Q. DO YOU INSURE PRODUCTS IN TRANSPORT AGAINST THEFT OR DAMAGE?
A. All products are insured while in transport up to $150,000. This is the highest covered amount that is offered by any 3rd party Cannabis Courier in the state of Illinois.
Q. 1. DO YOU HAVE A BREAKDOWN OF ALL NON-DELIVERY RELATED FEES (E.G. PICKUP FEES, BACK-HAUL FEES, ETC.)
A. We only have 2 fees! One fee is for cash pickup and the other is for product pickup from clients outside of the Greater Denver/Boulder Area. We strive to provide the most simple and transparent pricing, so you don’t need to spend valuable time calculating your costs. These are explained in more depth in our Terms of Service. Please contact us if you would like a copy of our Terms of Service.
